InFocus Resources are currently looking for a ganger to start as soon as possible in Birmingham\nRole & Responsibilities\n * Supervising groundworkers and site operatives\n * Allocating daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met\n * Delivering toolbox talks and daily site briefings\n * Ensuring all operatives follow RAMS and health & safety procedures\n * Overseeing groundworks including drainage, ducting, road formation, and concrete works\n * Liaising with Supervisor and reporting progress\n * Ensuring work is completed to specification and programme\nRequirements\n * Previous experience as a Ganger\n * Valid SSSTS and EUSR card\n * (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)\n * Strong leadership and communication skills\n * Groundworks / Civil Engineering background\n * Ability to read drawings and manage teams effectively
