Our Assistant Store Managers are ready to take the reins whenever necessary. You’ll have plenty of responsibility and, after thorough training, the freedom to tackle all kinds of retail challenges. But when things get tough (and they will), you’ll roll up your sleeves, inspire the team and know how to get the job done.
Already you’ve led a team of at least six people in a busy store environment. You’ve got the confidence and stamina to bring out the best in people and ensure that everyone knows what’s expected of them. Even when things are going at ‘Aldi speed’ (which can be super fast). More than anything, you’ll take a real pride in what you do and have the retail experience to come up with the ideas that’ll make the store even better. You’ll see a successful store as a reflection of you, your Manager and your dedicated team. Before you apply, it’s important you’ve done your homework so you understand our business model and know what we’re trying to achieve.
