Telecoms Engineering/Maintenance Manager

Rate: £ 18 to £ 25 K (full-time (per year)) + Car,Phone,Health Plan, Pension

My client is looking for a proven candidate to start immediately to head up their new building.

The selected candidate will be responsible for running the engineering and maintenance department.

Main duties will include:-
• Dealing with major faults.
• Speaking to customers.
• Fact finding from customers to enable team to deal with faults.
• Managing a team of 6-10 people both field and office based.
• Devise and deliver training/development plans

The ideal candidate must be:-
• Well organised
• Be able to priorities work load
• Good attention to detail
• Be able to liaise with director level
• Be able to provide and deliver reports to director level

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE SECOND TO NONE KNOWLEDGE OF AUSTRAL AND LG SYSTEMS (Panasonic and Samsung system experience would also be expected)
