Rate: £ 40 K (full-time (per year)) + £40K + Benefits

The Role
An opportunity has opened for an experienced Studio Manager to take the reigns of this busy environment and lead a team of approximately 20 mac artwork operators. In brief, it will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running and continual improvement of the Studio through proactive leadership. Ensure on time delivery, in full, without complaint to ISO standards. Support, coach and mentor the studio team and ensure that they have all the necessary tools and training to work efficiently and productively. Supervisory responsibilities will include the management of around 20 employees in the Production, Quality and Client Service teams. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The Person
You will ideally come from a similar environment previously, with a proven track record of success managing a similar size department. You will be very deliberate, calm under pressure and used to handling numerous projects at any given time. An effective man manager, reporting to the Business Unit Director, you will take responsibility for the department and deliver the expected results.
