Production Supervisor
Location: : Rotherham - Jobs4Network
Rate: £ 16 to £ 21 K (full-time (per year)) + company bonus scheme

Our client is the largest company in its field in the UK and Ireland with 80 centres nationally this Sheffield location has grown from strength to strength since opening in 2004 and has won some prestigious contracts, this position we are recruiting for reflects the increase in business we have won.
We are seeking an experienced Production Workshop Supervisor to be the first point of contact for all our customers and to cover in Directors absence.
The primary functions of the role are:-
Deal with customer enquires – either in person or over the telephone
Plan daily production
Convert sales orders into job sheets, and installation capacity
Order all materials, and supervise staff (currently 4)
Ensure that the highest of standards of quality are met
The ideal candidate
We prefer experience in the sign industry although this is not essential
Experience in a customer facing production environment
Ability to work on own initiative and have a can do attitude, hands on approach
Ability to communicate at all levels, from sole traders to corporate clients
Customer focused
Computer literate – and experience of design package software would be advantageous.
