Previous food production supervision experience is essential and a food and hygiene certificate would be an advantage. Duties will include day to day overseeing and production of formed meat products. You will be responsible for managing stock and team members and the planning, organising and control of the department and all other duties as required. The ability to communicate at all levels is essential. Must be able to work on own initiative and be flexible.Hours are 7 to 3.30 Monday to Friday, with some requirement to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
