Rate: £ 14.5 K (full-time (per year)) + Uncapped performance related bonus

Working in a Call Centre environment - using inbound & outbound technology to contact customers and negotiate payments plans with customers that are in credit card arrears - in order to minimise bad debts and maximise the companies profits.
