Customer Services Manager – DoncasterOur client a large employer located in Doncaster is currently looking to enhance their Customer Care Department and recruit a Customer Services Manager to manage the in-house customer services team.Key Accountable Areas:• Implementing the customer care procedure by overseeing and monitoring the accurate recording, and timely resolution, of customer complaints/concerns/claims received directly from tenants, and via site teams, clients and out-of-hours service provider • Implementing the customer maintenance procedure by overseeing the monitoring of defects ensuring they are completed within agreed timescales; • Providing general support to the department such as reviewing and developing internal processes to ensure high levels of customer service.You will be able to demonstrate the following: • Experience in a customer services or similar role • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop the Customer Services team • Competent working knowledge of Word and Excel • Ability to work as part of a team • Effective planning and organisational skills • A self-motivated and conscientious approachThe salary is negotiable and will be dependant upon experience approx £18 to £ 25 KTo apply please email your cv to claire@stratecbusiness.co.uk
