This company is looking to recruit a customer service agent to help out in their department. Since the company was established, only five years ago, it has grown and grown to the point where they need to recruit, simply to cover new business. Duties include:
Taking bookings over the telephone
Providing an excellent level of customer service, handling any customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
General administration duties
The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manner
An excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company

Key skills:
Good telephone manner
Experience in customer service
Administration skills
Sound Knowledge of IT
