Location: : Doncaster - Doncaster
Rate: £ 18 to £ 25 K (full-time (per year)) + bonus, company car or allowance, contributory pension and additional benefits

Buyer – Materials Purchasing / Procurement

salary negotiable approx £ 18 - £ 25 K

Our Client is a market leader in there arena and they are currently recruiting for a Buyer.
Key Accountable Areas:
To assist the Chief Buyer with the effective buying process for the company
Develop and implement the buying systems of the company
Analyse and collate market rate information, including price and availability trends, in materials and sub-contracts, and negotiate sub-contract packages
To place orders in due time to avoid delays on sites
You will be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Good commercial awareness
Ability to effectively control cost and value
Effective planning and organisational skills
IT skills using Microsoft Office packages
